- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). This processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days for domestic and standard international orders, depending on the shipping destination.
- Expedited Shipping Options: For customers needing faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout, with applicable rates and timelines displayed.
2. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $30: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30 within eligible regions. For orders below this amount, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
3. Order Cancellations
- 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel their order without penalty within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted, as the order will have already entered processing.
- Changes to Orders: For any changes to the order after it is placed, please contact our customer service team within the first 24 hours.
4. Customs Fees, Taxes, and Import Duties
- Customer Responsibility: For international orders, any customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the order amount or shipping fee.

5. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions
- Domestic and International Shipping: Lebrador ships both domestically and internationally, with delivery times varying by location.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for all orders.
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once an order has shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking details, allowing them to monitor their order’s progress from dispatch to delivery.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Lebrador is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider if necessary.
7. Delivery Issues
- Delayed or Missing Packages: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
- Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded or reshipped. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
