• Hassle-Free Process: Lebrador covers all return shipping costs, so customers do not need to arrange or pay for returns.
• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
• Free Shipping on Orders Over $30: All orders over $30 include free standard shipping.

2. International Returns

• Free Returns on International Orders: International orders are eligible for free returns.
• Customs Fees and Taxes: While return shipping is covered by Lebrador, any customs fees or taxes related to the return process are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Funds are issued back to the original payment method.
• Eligibility Requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

4. Order Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled without penalty if requested before shipping. Once shipped, please initiate a return to receive a refund.
