- 14-Day Free Returns and Exchanges: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a free return or exchange.
- Hassle-Free Process: Lebrador covers all return shipping costs, so customers do not need to arrange or pay for returns.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $30: All orders over $30 include free standard shipping.
2. International Returns
- Free Returns on International Orders: International orders are eligible for free returns.
- Customs Fees and Taxes: While return shipping is covered by Lebrador, any customs fees or taxes related to the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Funds are issued back to the original payment method.
- Eligibility Requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
4. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled without penalty if requested before shipping. Once shipped, please initiate a return to receive a refund.
5. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
